What's included in the box?
It comes with the Rito controller and a manual.
Does it need to be charged?
Yes it needs to be charged in order to play. You can also charge it while playing. It takes about 2 hours of charging for 18 hours of play time.
Can I connect a headset through the Goated Rito?
No, we do not support headsets.
What is the return policy?

Love to play COD MOBILE to pass the time and this made it even better. Just put my phone in and get to gaming. Works very well and seems to be pretty sturdy. When not in use it becomes very compact and fits in my day pack. Live it!!!!

I bought this product and it worked great for mobile gaming. Everything from a number of Google Play games to streaming games, including steam link and a few other streaming platforms. The problem is that it simply isn’t built well. I have had mine for a little over 3 months and it has completely stopped working. It was random too. I pulled it out of its case, plugged my phone in and it is drifting nonstop and the left side of the controller isn’t even recognized when I go into calibration settings. I’ve looked all over the web for fixes, but apparently you have to take it apart and replace components. It’s sad, I really thought this was a good product. Do NOT buy it.

This Rito controller perfectly fits my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra when my phone case is removed. It’s a tight fit but doesn’t seem to damage the phone. I’ve mostly been using it to play Star Wars KOTOR without any issues.

I took off my phone case and it wouldn’t fit with that spacer so I cut the spacer where the USB c port was and it slid on but the controller wouldn’t light up. I had to force the phone down to see blue light as soon as I let go it would turn off. Useless product.

I haven’t given this as much use as most people would since my phone’s wireless antenna broke recently and I only use it to game during carpool, but it’s worth every penny, plus it gives even less input lag than my xbox controller when playing cloud games over mobile data.

I love this controller when it works. Feels good, makes Diablo Immortal so much easier to play. Problem is that it is developed a dodgy connector. It seems to progressively become more unreliable until I unplug it and plug it back in. That can be very frustrating in PVP content. It worked great for a couple of weeks. Now it’s usable, but I have to be somewhat careful with it. Also, the charge connector is in a bad place. It should stick out of the top like the cable on a wired PS controller. Having the plug come right at you is not optimal, and it’s a little loosey-goosey as well. I have to constantly manage it so it’s sitting in the correct position.

Not much to say, it’s great. Been using it to play old nintendo games on my phone like Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger. Having no problems with the controller at all. Just wish the sides were a little deeper to hug the phone better. If you have a thick case like I do, just remove the rubber inserts then it will fit. I have a Samsung S10e with Spigen armor case.

This is a great device if you want to game on the go or while relaxing on a recliner. Fits my galaxy note 20 with little room to spare. Fits well in the hands and has a sturdy feel, does not feel cheap. With one click of the xbox button you can launch the xbox game pass app and have all the great games at your fingertips, for the price this is a no brainer. Be mindful that there are different versions one for ANDROID and one for APPLE devices, read carefully. There are also those who complain about it messing up their USB-C port, just be gentle with the device when plugging in or removing it thats all.

Despite an answer from the distributor saying this works for the LG G7 ThinQ, it does not. Works fine on my wife’s phone but it won’t even detect that my phone is plugged in. I spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything including my phone was updated but I can’t even get the light that indicates it’s connected on the side to come on. I’ve bought this two times now to make sure it wasn’t just a defective model but it just doesn’t work. I’m sure it’s a fantastic product if you can get it to work but make sure your phone is on the compatibility list before you order or you may be disappointed.

honestamente es mejor de lo que esperaba considerando lo barato que lo comprŽ con descuento. funciona bien tiene una reacci—n casi inmediata y la zona muerta de los analogos es considerablemente peque–a de forma que en muy pocos juegos da problema. es compatible con el juego en la nuve de gamepass y con los emuladores que uso. si bien parece que los hagarres son un elastico la realidad es que es un resorte interno de forma que el desgaste con el uso es el mismo que tendria un control normal que no se pueda retraer y al ser bastante compacto con los adaptadores correctos puedes usarlo para jugar bastante comodamente en la pc.

I was happy to find out that this controller dropped in price. IÕve always wanted one and I finally got a hold on one for a deal. ItÕs really convenient when youÕre always traveling. ItÕs great for other mobile games like COD Mobile and Apex Legends. The compact design makes it good for storage, or keeping it in your bag.

IÕm currently using an iPhone 13 Pro with device. When I first plugged it in it was unresponsive for a moment, then it picked up and I was off to the races. The collapsible design is perfect for those of us who travel around or need to hide it from our kids. If you donÕt want to dish out more money for similar products you wonÕt be disappointed with this one. I can never play a mobile shooter without this again. Period.

UPDATE: I wanted to come write an update after about two weeks of use. I did some investigating and found the issue I had with the controller not responding was the game I was playing having issues with controllers at those points in the game. So that has been solved. The only issue I’ve found slightly annoying is it can sometimes be difficult to get the phone I to the controller but that’s a problem with bigger phones I believe and maybe the support for the phone could be a little more solid feeling. Other than that it’s performed well and still feels like a solid controller. The trigger buttons could also use some click to them to give a feedback of when exactly the button is clicked. I would still give this a very strong four and half stars may be more inclined to look at the version 2 sometime in the future.

Honestly, I bought this just to play Wylde Flowers on Apple Arcade. IÕve never liked playing games on my phone, but this thing has changed my outlook on that. IÕve started playing more of the titles offered on Apple Arcade now. I have an iPhone XR. The joystick covers for switch fit this controller.
