Does it need to be charged?
Yes it needs to be charged in order to play. You can also charge it while playing. It takes about 2 hours of charging for 18 hours of play time.
Can I connect a headset through the Goated Rito?
No, we do not support headsets.

I bought this product and it worked great for mobile gaming. Everything from a number of Google Play games to streaming games, including steam link and a few other streaming platforms. The problem is that it simply isn’t built well. I have had mine for a little over 3 months and it has completely stopped working. It was random too. I pulled it out of its case, plugged my phone in and it is drifting nonstop and the left side of the controller isn’t even recognized when I go into calibration settings. I’ve looked all over the web for fixes, but apparently you have to take it apart and replace components. It’s sad, I really thought this was a good product. Do NOT buy it.

Despite an answer from the distributor saying this works for the LG G7 ThinQ, it does not. Works fine on my wife’s phone but it won’t even detect that my phone is plugged in. I spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything including my phone was updated but I can’t even get the light that indicates it’s connected on the side to come on. I’ve bought this two times now to make sure it wasn’t just a defective model but it just doesn’t work. I’m sure it’s a fantastic product if you can get it to work but make sure your phone is on the compatibility list before you order or you may be disappointed.
